When you book a table or send an enquiry, we collect the details you give us, your name, phone number, email and booking preferences, so we can hold your table and get in touch if anything changes.
We use your information only to manage your booking, respond to your enquiry, and improve your experience at Gill's. We do not sell your details to anyone.
Online bookings are handled by our booking provider, who processes your details to confirm your reservation. They are bound by their own privacy obligations.
